Book Review: "Rousing call to the Hindu Nation"

Everyone in this world derive inspiration from something for their betterment. The source of inspiration could be a person, an incident, a goal or even a inanimate object. The source of inspiration always reflects the attitude, mindset and the outlook of the person getting inspired.
One such source of inspiration which caters to the patriotic fervor of a person is the life of Swami Vivekananda. Swamiji is a national hero who lived the ideals of spirituality and nationalism.
The book "Rousing call to the Hindu nation" is a tribute to Swamiji who gave the thought - 'a nation in India must be a union of those whose hearts beat to the same spiritual tune' when the nation was shattered by the British hegemony. This book was compiled by Sri Eknath Ranade, one of a few person who has understood Samiji's teaching and message in the right perspective. This book is broadly classified into four topics: 1. Message 2. Selection from address, discourse and writing 3. Some observations and admonitions 4. Man making or molding of 'worker'.
The most interesting and unique aspect of this compilation is that the Swamiji's messages are presented in his own words without any attempt at interpretation or commentary. However the titles, subtitles and arrangement of topics belong to the compiler. This book has been brought out in an attractive cover design and costs only Rs 30.
Last but not the least, this book will definitely be a guiding light for those who want to understand Swamiji's teaching. This work of the compiler will be a significant contribution in national reconstruction.
